Hello everyone, my name is Michael Millings and this UA-cam channel has been designed to help out struggling high school chemistry students. If you are having some difficulty with some concepts relating to chemistry I hope that one of my videos will help you out. I teach chemistry in Los Angeles County and have been teaching high school chemistry for 20 years. 2.751 x 10^8 ..... I thought the rule was exactly 5 then you round up or down depending on if the number in front was odd or even. 2.751, doesn't the 1 make it slightly larger than half way, thus round up?

What is stupid about the imperial system is not the size of the unit, it is the weakness of the conversion systems. The metric system has been adopted by all but three countries in the world because it is based on decimal and the ratio of 10 between larger or smaller units. It's so much simpler...
